  • Promuovere l’inclusione sociale, la tolleranza, la non discriminazione e gli altri fattori che prevengono la violenza nelle scuole attraverso il Quiet Time, un approccio innovativo che utilizza tecniche di Meditazione Trascendentale
  • Adattare e trasferire le buone prassi sperimentate in 3 Paesi (Paesi Bassi, Svezia e Portogallo), individuando scuole frequentate da studenti che appartengono a minoranze, da giovani socialmente svantaggiati e immigrati
  • Favorire il ruolo dell’istruzione nella prevenzione del bullismo e del radicalismo, promuovendo la comprensione interculturale, la coesione sociale e il rispetto reciproco

  • Analisi dello Status Quo, il metodo Quiet Time e la preparazione del partenariato per l’applicazione del metodo
  • Implementazione del programma Quiet Time nelle scuole in un contesto Europeo
  • Visita di studio nelle due scuole, in Inghilterra e nei Paesi Bassi, dove i partner hanno già sperimentato le buone prassi, con il coinvolgimento delle autorità didattiche che sostengono il progetto, del personale scolastico e degli studenti

  • Articoli scientifici pubblicati in giornali specializzati e siti web, presentati in convegni e seminari
  • Manuale delle buone prassi e piano di azione a sostegno dei policy makers nell’implementazione del Quiet Time in altri contesti
  • Creazione di altre strutture di supporto, tra cui un Centro Europeo di Esperti nell’implementazione del Quiet Time
