Handbook
This report aims to synthesize the policy profiles of the participating countries in the ENACTED project (Spain, Italy, Greece and Cyprus) with regards to practices of inclusive education adopted as a response to the reception crisis or so called “refugee crisis” which emerged in 2015. Particularly, this report attempts to provide a comprehensive overview of the following issues:
- explore the main challenges that impede the integration of migrants in education, with a particular focus on NAMS (newly arrived migrant students);
- investigate the current role and level of involvement of CSOs in providing educational support to NAMS in the participating countries;
- provide a set of policy reforms/improvements to better address the challenges posed by migration and mobility flows in the field of inclusive education.
