This toolkit, developed under the PROCEED project, supports youth workers in promoting the social and economic inclusion of disadvantaged NEET youth. It provides practical resources based on a structured model focused on Employability, Self-Advocacy, and Civic Engagement. Developed through a two-phase process—initial design and post-pilot adaptation—the toolkit incorporates feedback from real-life implementation in Greece, Cyprus, Germany, and Italy. It highlights best practices and promotes intersectional, inclusive approaches tailored to each young person’s unique background. The result is a co-created, flexible resource aimed at empowering diverse NEET youth.
