Methodological and pedagogical study
The 21st Century European Teachers e-book offers an engaging exploration of case studies that illustrate how educators in Denmark, Finland, Italy, Romania, and Spain are transforming education through the 21st Century European Teachers Project. This initiative examines innovative teaching approaches in response to major societal challenges, such as climate change and digital advancements, focusing on four emerging areas: technological empowerment, environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, and playful learning. The e-book shares insights from a participatory research methodology, featuring educators and educational managers in focus group discussions on these four areas. It also highlights debates about the benefits of international mobility and collaborative learning in enhancing teachers’ skills and knowledge.
