The general objective of this course is to advance the business idea into a formal Business Plan. Similar to Course 3, this would allow participants to deepen their conceptualization and analysis of their idea, and account for the different components in the Business Plan including the description in detail of the business idea and the products/services to be delivered, an in-depth analysis of the target population (customers), the market and the competitors to be confronted in that market, the definition of the marketing strategy and the business operations in place, as well as the financial viability of the endeavor.
