Third newsletter of the project in which the final conclusions of the training activities conducted during the life of INTERFACE are discussed. Following the results achieved, the consortium created a “Policy Impact Assessment Report” through which, in detail, the main characteristics of the project during the activities conducted are reviewed, including:
- The quality and validity of the curriculum developed during the project;
- The validity of a “reward” system for those who participate in unpaid training;
- The validity of non-formal education in coaching;
The quality and validity of the online platform developed during the project.
