Booklet
The booklet provides information and resources to the families to be able to support their children in the transition process from Primary to Secondary education, with a particular focus in early ESL prevention.
The booklet will focus in providing families – taking into account their diversities – with the necessary resources to:
- Support their children in creating a future vision of their educational path;
- Identify difficulties their children are facing during the transition and have information on how to handle or look for help in these situations.
Specifically, the resource provides the followings:
- Informative pills on ESL;
- Questionnaire for parents as self-evaluation;
- Tips to talk to your child about transition addressing his/her difficulties;
- Where can I find help/information if my child is struggling with transition;
- If your child is doing the DREAMS Trip.
