E-learning platform
The 21st Century European Teacher MOOC is a series of free online courses designed for both pre-service and in-service educators who want to refresh their practice with innovative approaches, practical tools, and fresh inspiration.
Each module — worth 1 ECTS (approximately 28 hours of study) — offers a flexible, hands-on learning experience that fits the schedule of student teachers and seasoned educators alike.
Five courses are currently available:
- Competencies of a modern educator — explore the professional profile of the 21st-century educator and develop the core competencies today’s schools demand.
- Entrepreneurship in education — nurture a creative and enterprising approach to teaching, empowering students to think critically, take initiative, and embrace innovation.
- Playful learning in education — bring creativity and play into the classroom, sparking in learners a genuine desire to explore, create, and discover.
- Technological empowerment in education — learn how to integrate digital tools in ways that are purposeful, pedagogically grounded, and truly impactful.
- Sustainability in education — weave the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals into everyday teaching practice.
