This Handbook provides practical and evidence-based guidance for prosecutors, judges, law enforcement officers, social workers, and other frontline professionals working on child trafficking.
It aims to strengthen early identification, victim protection, prosecution, and transnational cooperation by combining EU legal frameworks with operational insights from eight European countries.
The Handbook also compiles existing tools and good practices to support more coherent, child-centred and timely responses to trafficking cases.
