Handbook

The ORIENT Anthology is the result of the collection of knowledge, tools and methodologies linked to the practice of orienteering for social purposes.
The Anthology provides a concrete analysis and explanation of the potential of orienteering in working with young people who suffer from social exclusion and therefore it represents a source of inspiration for new sports initiatives and innovative forms of engagement of vulnerable young people. The Anthology presents also a set of adaptable and replicable methodologies to animate orienteering-based activities able to support the social inclusion of young people. These methodologies and tools can be used by sports trainers and CSOs workers to organise orienteering activities with young people.
