Migrants take Care aims at enhancing the social inclusion of people with a migrant background through education and training tailored to their needs for cultural communication and professional trainings in order to assist to their working conditions in the care service sector for the elderly as caregivers.
Moreover, the project seeks to create a guideline for home and residential care service providers, including technical advice for the selection of staff with a migrant background.
