Methodological and pedagogical study

The report addresses the methodology used in the MiCREATE project fieldwork. It reflects on the following approaches: participant observation and interviews with asylum-seeking children. Therefore, each section of the report distinguishes how accessible and useful the methods were, how the asylum-seeking children responded to the methods used, how/if it was possible to assess the child-centeredness of the methods, and the personal reflections of the researchers in the field. In addition, a child-centred perspective was used, meaning that respondents were made experts on their lives.
