What skills are useful to develop in order to find work more easily? This manual, directed to educators and teachers, aims to answer this question by proposing methodologies and tools so that they can actively respond to the needs of the people they work with. The manual contributes to improving people’s personal development, employability and participation in the European labor market by identifying what skills are in demand in the labor market. Specifically, the objectives of this manual are:
- Provide teachers and educators with new knowledge and skills to facilitate youth employability;
- Contribute to quality improvement and innovation in employability organization and systems;
- Incorporate innovative learning activities and mentoring methodologies.
