Inspire Us! – Competencies Matrix and Policy Recommendations Report
Report
This report gives a broader and specific insight into the motivation of women to start a business, on obstacles preventing them from founding one, as well as, on necessary competencies and support structures they need. The study finds that there is a variety of inspiration and motivation for women to start their own business, as well as a variety of obstacles to do so – individual and exogenous, which means influenced by external circumstances that affect women in specific. The fact that women found a business less often than men is also affected by society, its values and ideas.
