Transnational Research Report

The Executive summary presents the key findings from COME IN Transnational research that was composed of 2 elements: (1) needs analysis including online survey and interviews and (2) desk research of good practices.

The summary gives an overview of principal lessons learnt from the best practices and shed some light on the barriers and benefits of refugees’ employment, competences required by employees’ as well as their training and support needs.
