This report explores the key transformative factors behind the educational success of 51 young people from vulnerable backgrounds in eight European countries. Through in-depth interviews with both the youth and significant individuals in their lives (teachers, mentors, family members), the document highlights the relational, institutional, and personal enablers that helped them overcome adversity.
