This report explores the key transformative factors behind the educational success of 51 young people from vulnerable backgrounds in eight European countries. Through in-depth interviews with both the youth and significant individuals in their lives (teachers, mentors, family members), the document highlights the relational, institutional, and personal enablers that helped them overcome adversity. It provides valuable insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers committed to inclusive education.
