State of art Report

The scope of this report is to provide an overview of the state-of-the-art in terms of the educational value of multilingualism. In this regard the report focuses on the different approaches that have been developed in teaching a second / foreign language.

POLYGLOT aims to foster language learning from an early age by exploring the potential of Open Educational Resources and the new opportunities offered by media and by the use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
