This guide will try to make the parents understand the way that children learn a second or third language and how to solve the situations that they will have to face educating their bilingual children. Understanding the way that children learn another language and their feelings during this process, will help the parents to choose and use the most suitable web based OER and Apps for promoting their children bi-lingual education.
POLYGLOT aims to foster language learning from an early age by exploring the potential of Open Educational Resources and the new opportunities offered by media and by the use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
