The mobile report is an interactive resource which allows to search and filter information on the most needed skills in the entrepreneurial field and which offers tips for self-development of educators and NEETs. It is also available as a mobile app for quick reference from any place via the phone. The report is based on two parallel studies:
1) Questionnaire research done by partners among educators of adults (especially NEETs), to identify current methods and approaches as well as the main skills being taught.
2) Focus groups and interviews among SMIs, with the aim to distinguish the skills and attitudes needed to be successful entrepreneur in today’s market.

EVECSA – Overview of Needs, Resources, and Competence Profiles in Climate-Smart Agriculture

Agriculture, a fundamental pillar of food security and economic development, is facing unprecedented challenges. Climate change, the depletion of natural resources, and the growing demand for food call for a radical shift towards more sustainable practices. In this context, Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) – an integrated approach to managing agri-food systems in response to climate change – is essential for strengthening their resilience, securing jobs in the sector, and tackling environmental challenges.
