Handbook and Curriculum
The Curriculum and the Manual are two of the main outcomes of the Road To Freedom project. Inspired by the Norwegian FROG Leadership & Life Mastery methodology developed by the organization lyk-z & daughters, the Manual aims to explain and guide trainers in the implementation of this methodology. The Curriculum serves as an introduction to the method and gathers the experiences of the trainers and participants in the FROG training sessions. The FROG Leadership & Life Mastery methodology focuses on enhancing individual capabilities, helping people connect with their skills, desires, and dreams. Within the Road To Freedom project, this method has been successfully applied to individuals who have experienced or are experiencing incarceration. Due to its flexibility and adaptability, the methodology has also proven effective with other target groups.
