The Capperi podcast is the result of a series of educational and co-creation workshops led by Nunzia Lo Presti which involved 23 students of the class 3D of the Liceo Scientifico A. Einstein in Palermo. The students tell in the podcast their path towards greater awareness of the importance of natural and sustainable agriculture and want to sensitize young people and adults on critical consumption. The podcast was recorded at the Indigo Studios in Palermo.
