Manual

The Curriculum aims at enhancing the cultural advisors’ capacity to provide guidance to professionals working in support services handling sexual violence and GBV against migrant women/girls.

They should be able to support communication at different moments, with an emphasis on disclosure and continuous support. Participants will also be familiarised with judicial procedures including reporting and interviewing.

The training programme will also capacitate participants to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on awareness-raising on sexual abuse and GBV within migrant communities. Trainees should be able to apply their skills when working with any service in which professionals handle such cases (children’s houses, reception centres, and police).
