Objectives

  • To improve the teaching process in Partner Countries: Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • To establish a modern multimedia distance learning platform and smart classrooms/labs to include students with disabilities ad from remote and isolated geographical and socio-economic areas.
  • To develop and implement modern pedagogical approaches on how Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) can use modern multimedia e-learning platform with their students.

Activities

  • Comparative analysis of the distance learning platforms and smart labs models at HEIs in Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Partner countries) and Spain, Malta and Slovenia (Programme countries).
  • Development and implementation in teaching of Innovative Pedagogical Approaches and Learning Methodologies.
  • Study visits to Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Univerza V Ljubljan, Universita Ta Malta (Programme countries HEIs) and CESIE, for acquiring knowledge and experience needed to set up similar models in Partner countries HEIs.
  • Changes in syllabuses by Higher Education Institutions councils in University of Mitrovica, International Business College Mitrovica, Javna Ustanova Univerzitet Crne Gore Podgorica, Univerzitet Adriatik Bar, Univerzitet U Istocnom Sarajevu, University of Mostar (Partner countries HEIs).
  • Infrastructure development for the implementation of distance learning platforms and smart labs in Partner countries HEIs.
  • Training of administrators, developers and teachers at Partner countries HEIs.
  • Development of new teaching content in HEI Partner countries HEIs.

  • Analysis of existing distance learning platforms and smart labs models at the HEIs in Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Comparative analysis of the distance learning platforms and smart labs models at Programme and Partner countries HEIs.
  • Innovative Pedagogical Approaches and Learning Methodologies to be implemented in teaching using modern multimedia learning platforms and smart labs.
