Objectives

  • To foster the competences (knowledge, attitudes, skills) of professionals involved in teaching, training and guidance of disadvantaged target groups
  • To create an easily accessible stock of standardized good practices for all the professionals that work with disadvantaged target groups
  • To raise awareness and upgrading the competences of professionals to improve the teaching process

Activities

  • Set up of a Quality Assurance system, with common formats and criteria to identify and test good practices
  • Research of existing good practices among the consortium and out of the consortium
  • Test of good practices with direct target (tutor/trainer/teacher) and final beneficiaries
  • Test and debriefing of good practices with direct target in transnational and local meetings
  • Incorporation of good practices in the curricula of partners and their networks
  • Development of a Booklet collecting the selected and tested good practices
