The online training course on sustainable development and efficient use of natural resources of the UpSpace project is designed for lower and upper secondary school teachers. It offers a future-oriented curriculum to strengthen teachers’ skills and competences for the green transition. Through the course modules, participants will increase their knowledge of sustainable development, with a special focus on education, inequality, and sustainable communities.

Topics include principles of sustainable development, circular and bio-economy, sustainability and territory, strategies and actions for SD, and the role of institutions and governance. Developed in collaboration with teachers from the project’s school partners, the training course is fully available online through the UpSpace e-learning platform, not only in English but also in the project’s partner languages (Italian, German, Serbian, and Greek). At the end of the course, participants can download a certificate of attendance.
