SMART – Teachers’ handbook
The SMART Teachers’ handbook is a guide for teachers to enable them to implement self-monitoring and self-evaluation of their practice. It was used as support guidelines during the training process. It complements the training module but can also be used as a standalone guide for teachers. The handbook provides the rationale for monitoring and evaluation, guidelines for implementing the process, good practice examples, example templates and tools. The teachers’ handbook compliments the two handbooks developed as guidelines for policy makers and organisations.
