My idea, my future Manual guides young people through the first steps of setting up a social enterprise.

The first part of the Manual gives a brief yet comprehensive overview of the European context of social entrepreneurship. It explains what social entrepreneurship is, what its core values are and analyses the conditions of social entrepreneurship in Italy, France and Slovenia. Making the overview complete, the Manual presents characteristics of the national labour market and the legal regulations of social entrepreneurship in Italy, France and Slovenia.

The second part of the Manual provides a practical guidance on how to transfer an idea into an enterprise including:

• setting up your mission and vision,
• conducting market analysis,
• creating business and marketing strategy,
• developing business plan,
• managing your finance.

Finally, the Manual showcases some success stories of European social entrepreneurs to provide the young with good examples to follow and sources of inspiration for your own business.
