Toolset
The Interactive toolset supporting Development of Educators of Adults’ skills in Boosting Entrepreneurship among NEETs aims to support the development of entrepreneurial competences, targeting both teachers/trainers and young adults interested in starting their own business.
Based on the results of the first research phase, the toolkit provides access to teaching/training materials and resources for the development of entrepreneurial skills.
The kit contains:
1. Assessment tool for educators to use with their students or for students self-assessment. The skill level identified will guide the user directly to the training materials needed to strengthen his/her weaker entrepreneurial skills.
2. Training materials with specific sections for educators and others for NEETs.
The kit follows a learner-centred approach, offering customised pathways, problem-solving-based learning models, real-life examples and concrete situations to which what has been learnt can be applied.
