The GRECO project (Green Economy Career Orientation) aims to train youth workers and guide young people toward professional opportunities in the green economy, a rapidly growing sector in Europe. Through specialized training programs, practical tools, and innovative methodologies, GRECO seeks to: bridge the skills gap between youth and the demands of the green job market; provide concrete resources to educators and career counselors to steer youth toward sustainable careers; and promote transnational cooperation to share best practices and local solutions.
