This document provides practical guidance and training resources for strengthening the capacities of professionals involved in tackling human trafficking, with a focus on the use of digital evidence in criminal proceedings. It includes a modular training curriculum addressing key topics such as technology-facilitated trafficking, the collection and use of electronic evidence, ethical considerations and victim protection, and methods for cross-border cooperation. The curriculum is designed to be adaptable to different national contexts and participant profiles, and is based on prior research, stakeholder consultations, and real-case needs identified throughout the DISRUPT project.
