Methodological and pedagogical study

It is imperative for states to establish an advanced and uniform legislation to eradicate all forms of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA), including CSAM and grooming, and safeguard children in online environments. Consequently, this report delves into the legal landscape concerning the protection of children against all forms of CSEA, with a specific focus on (tech-facilitated) grooming, across international, European Union, and national levels.
