Handbook
The present document includes an adapted strategic Plan for the implementation of generic support services for victims of crime in Italy. The proposal is based on results which showed a chronic slowness of territorial services (in Palermo specifically) that causes people to be treated as if they were practices, as practices for the issue of building permits or any other bureaucratic practice. The victims need instead an effective service: generalist support services should be able to best respond to the victim as quickly as possible.
