Within the SupportVoC project a Generic Plan for the organisation and implementation of support services for victims of crime has been developed for Greece, Italy, Bulgaria and Cyprus. The objective of the Plan is to meet, at least, the minimum services outlined in the art.9 of the Directive 2012/29/EU. Taking into account that these countries have different legal and political frameworks, as well as different models for service provision, the Generic Plan has to be adapted to national contexts. To this end, in this document the national partners have elaborated the adaptation requirements to the implementation of the Generic Plan.
