CESIE ETS is a European center for studies and initiatives based in Palermo, Sicily.
The Toolkit of inclusive practices is a guide aimed at employers, offering a curated set of good practices, self-assessment tools, checklists, templates, and case studies to support the development of more equitable and inclusive policies. The content has been gathered and adapted from experiences across 8 EU countries, with the aim of providing practical and transferable tools for different organisational contexts.
