Objectives

  • To develop innovative educational approaches to practical STEAM education that are based on Computational Thinking (CT) as related to trans-disciplinary and holistic STEAM perspectives.
  • To improve pedagogical skills and competencies of prospective teachers, that are related to the teaching and training of various aspects of CT.
  • To improve CT skills of prospective teachers.

Activities

  • Developing a set of subject/educational environment specific educational modules;
  • Testing/Piloting of the Modules;
  • Intensive programme for higher education learners – Training to prospective teachers;
  • Invited teachers at higher education Intensive Study Programmes;
  • 3 Short-term joint staff training events.
