The current training kit targets capacity building of administrative and managerial staff responsible for different aspects of HEI and programme management and administration for the systems in transition. It is a result of a serie of 3 trainings and workshops carried out at different managerial level of HEI. It is the aim of the project to make this training kit available for broader use beyond the project consortium and after its lifetime.
Target: Higher Education Institutions; HEI academic and administrative staff; Civil Society Organizations/Education and Training providers; stakeholders
