Il manuale contiene il cluster di potenziamento che propone una serie di attività non formali volte a fortificare le competenze linguistiche, digitali, di occupabilità e imprenditoria. L’obiettivo del cluster è offrire alle partecipanti di PITCH conoscenze e competenze essenziali per fare ingresso nel mercato del lavoro, sviluppare autonomia e favorire i processi di inclusione nella comunità locale.
