Competenze chiave europee e mercato del lavoro è uno dei risultati del progetto europeo PC IMPRESS (Erasmus +, KA2).
È il risultato di un sondaggio tra 100 datori di lavoro provenienti da 5 Paesi (Francia, Spagna, Italia, Polonia, e Paesi Bassi) da ottobre 2015 a gennaio 2016.
Lo scopo principale del sondaggio, basato sulle 8 competenze chiave europee è stato di comprendere le aspettative e i bisogni dei datori di lavoro in termini di abilità trasversali per giovani che hanno preso parte ad un’esperienza di mobilità internazionale.
