This document outlines strategic recommendations to foster inclusive education and reduce early school leaving among vulnerable youth. Developed through interviews and co-creation workshops across eight European countries, the report addresses critical areas including relationship-building, school transitions, mental health support, cultural representation, school-family-community engagement, and recognition of diverse success pathways. It is designed for policymakers, school leaders, teachers, and counsellors seeking practical guidance grounded in real-life experiences.
