This learning material is to introduce the Albanian Partner Universities’ action-research. It is essential to build on the capacity of the local implementers rather than importing expertise from more advanced systems supporting the achievement on of the main project objectives: To develop a national framework for quality assurance and approaches to internal QA aligned with the external QA approaches promulgated by the PAAHE and in line with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG).
