The main aim of this SWOT analysis is to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organisations researched across Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Portugal and Lithuania, diving deeper into the knowledge gathered throughout the project research phase. This analysis incorporates insights from ecovillages, social enterprises, and sustainability educators, providing a deeper understanding of their practices and challenges. The Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats analysis (SWOT analysis) aims to identify valuable and transferable sustainability practices that the Ecoprise Designer can adopt, highlighting potential opportunities and risks associated with them. This research is a baseline for the development of the Ecoprise Designer model and skillset.
