Guidelines
The guide for networking in investigation of THB is a practical tool developed to provide concrete guidance for strengthening cooperation and networking among key actors involved in combating human trafficking, both nationally and internationally.
The aim is to promote a coordinated and sustainable approach among public authorities, non-governmental organisations, law enforcement agencies, research bodies and local communities. Through clear procedures and operational tools such as information-sharing protocols, indicator checklists and reporting templates, it supports the creation of an effective system for identifying, protecting and assisting victims of trafficking.
The document illustrates how to organise networking activities, identify relevant stakeholders, plan lobbying meetings and build long-term synergies to improve prevention and response to the phenomenon with a view to contributing to more integrated and effective European action.
