Objectives
- To empower future women entrepreneurs helping them to develop their aptitude towards entrepreneurship
- To give women the opportunity to develop key competences and to achieve their objectives and personal goals as creative, talented, driven and skilled entrepreneurs
- To develop an aspiring and motivational programme which will offer hands-on experiences to women
- To investigate the psychological factors of female entrepreneurship, with particular focus on personality and motivational factors
- To create tools helping future women entrepreneurs to achieve self-awareness
- To create a community of women entrepreneurs from all over EU
- To bring into light the crucial link between internal motivation & business creation
Activities
- Developing a Competencies Matrix and Policy Recommendations Report, after collecting in-depth interviews and online questionnaires
- Development of INSPIRE US! entrepreneurship training programme
- Development of Women Entrepreneurial Enhancement Web platform for the exchange of ideas, best practices, knowledge among women entrepreneurs
- Identification of obstacles, difficulties and problems the target group is facing
- Exchange of knowledge and experience among future women entrepreneurs, successful women entrepreneurs and relevant stakeholders across Europe
Results
- Competencies Matrix and Policy Recommendations Report
- Developed Research on Meta Career Assessment, and Career Aptitude Assessment Tool, which future women entrepreneurs can use to explore their motivations, personalities and psychological profiles that will impact their professional lives
