Objectives
- To raise awareness on the Design Thinking methodology, which provides a solution-based approach to solving problems, by understanding the human needs involved, re-framing the problem in human centric ways, creating ideas in brainstorming sessions and adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing in a five-step ideation process.
- To transfer and adapt the approach of Design Thinking in the needs of adult learning institutions
Activities
- An initial international training for trainers (trainers of ALS – Adult Learning Staff) about Reciprocal Maieutic Approach (RMA)
- 6 months of training based on: on-line modules, in-presence modules and international seminar
- In the meantime ALS will have to put in practice the new learning achievements in their daily practice with adult learners in order to proceed with the evaluation of the impact of the method
- Creation of a manual gathering the conclusions of the project
