Objectives
- To develop learning process collecting the best practices from the different EU members, sharing innovative teaching strategies
- Increase adults’ intrinsic motivation for learning, ensuring learning and transferring new means of metacognitive skills
- Promote creativity applying it, in order to ensure individuals’ fulfilment in life
Activities
- Research and test of good practices with adult educators working with different target groups
- Setting up good practices in adult education to share widely with adult educators, in five languages
- Publication of a guidebook that include innovative approaches, written in five languages as well
- Idealisation of a Grundtvig training course, in order to improve the quality of European training courses for adult education teachers, managers or other staff

- Collection of best practices on how adults learn
- Collection of creative and critical thinking strategies that motivate adults to participate in LLL
- A Grundtvig training course, Motivating adult learners’ participation and persistence in lifelong learning – strategies & practical tips
