How to use your work skills without an entrepreneurial spirit? How to start a business without a financial plan?

Money management, career management. Two skills that are essential to be independent, and yet underdeveloped in vocational training courses. The aim of the Citizens Xelerator is to bridge the training gaps of adults by offering useful tools and spaces for the development of these and other skills. Through innovative tools, group work and non-formal activities, the project helps beneficiaries update their professional profile, thus increasing their chances of finding employment that reflects their inclinations and desires.

Participants in the last training responded lively and promptly to input. The topics of managing a budget, how to save money and writing a business plan were addressed from both a theoretical and practical point of view in group activities. Discussions on career goals and future paths followed. The participants’ precision in stating their goals allowed them to make the most of their time and reflect on real strategies for achieving them.

New micro-learning sessions are planned in the future, with different beneficiaries. If you want to learn more and propose this activity in your classroom, don’t miss the updates on Facebook!
