Registration is open for the “Women’s Leadership Master Course“, the innovative training program on leadership development addressed to senior female leaders in international environment.
This Master, organized by the Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution and EZC.Partners, aims to strengthen women leaders and managers in the search for a dynamic and thoughtful leadership, in their career advancement and in their self-realization.
Focus of the programme is overcoming individual hidden patterns and reactive tendencies that limit personal success. It includes a cutting-edge assessment on decision-making ability in complex situations and builds adaptive skills in leadership decision-making.
Trainers: Anne Caspari and Johann von Entz-Zerssen have over 15 years of experience in the use of innovative adult development methods and organizational development at international level. Both are accredited in a variety of leadership and coaching methods.
Duration and venue: the duration of the Master, which is composed of online and face-to-face activities, is six months. From 5th to 10th February there will be a 5-day intensive training at Peace Castle Schlaining Stadtschlaining in Austria.
