In the Needs Analysis Report the RIDE we looked at the current status of youth work and needs of young people in Italy. We conducted both a (1) literature review on the understanding of youth work, organisations carrying out youth work, education and training of youth workers and on the main issues affecting young people in Italy and (2) interviews and focus groups with youth workers focusing on the practice of youth work.
