Objectives

  • Using voluntary work as a tool to access the labour market for migrants and Roma people
  • Finding new ways to save their own culture during the social integration process
  • Personal development of migrants and of their competences
  • Exchange of experiences and good practices among the staff of the organizations, with benefits for local communities and institutions as well
  • Creation of an effective adult education network of partners and support for the recognition of volunteers’ skills and competences among employers

Activities

  • Local activities in every partner country in order to develop learners’ skills and competences and mobilities in every participating countries
  • Development of Portfolios and CV for every learner in order to define their educational pathway helping them to access to the labour market

Results

  • My Song Channel: song collection from own culture as an introduction tool for participants
  • Learning Mobilities for learners in Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, United Kingdom and Italy
