Objectives

The main aim of the DIBS project is to foster migrant learners’ business competences thus effectively fostering their social-economic and cultural inclusion.

Activities

  • Desk Research and field research on migrant learners’ needs regarding entrepreneurial competences
  • Need Analysis for a modular and scalable programme
  • Capacity Building programme pilot in all partner countries
  • Establishment of Public-Private-Partnerships supporting the creation of social businesses for migrant learners
  • Implementation of Inclusive Business Labs

  • Increased business, entrepreneurial and soft skills among participating migrant learners
  • Migrants’ social inclusion fostered through enhanced employability and self-sufficiency
  • Educators’, professionals’, and volunteers’ skills to support migrants are enhanced and they are provided with new tools
  • Social and labour market inclusion fostered benefitting society in large
